A day specifically designed to refresh ministry leaders as we dive into this year's theme of Leading with Help. We have crafted purposeful large group and breakout sessions, along with powerful worship, intentional times of prayer and practical ways to lead with the help of the Holy Spirit.

ACADEMY

New Wells has partnered with Seminary Now, which serves as the host site for the New Wells Academy. The Academy provides biblical, theological, and practical ministry training to create a pipeline of ministry leaders for the next generation. 

The academy also serves as the platform for continuing education for all credentialed ministers through New Wells.

RELATIONAL LEADERSHIP

A network of authentic relationships that exist amongst ministry leaders that can bring encouragement, inspiration, vision, and accountability, so that Pastors and ministry leaders receive care.
